Most of the side effects of steroids that are worrying you only develop among chronic users, i.e., people that need to take steroids on a regular basis for hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, etc. Fat redistribution doesn't happen overnight. And any sweating, water retention, or acne that develops would go away in a few days once you're off the medication.
